We offer volume discounts for single orders, and volume discounts for multiple orders placed over a calendar year.

All of our items are shipped Fed Ex standard overnight (where available). We provide optional Saturday and Monday deliveries. Please contact us for more information on these deliveries. For international orders, items are shipped Fed Ex Intl priority. Items are delivered in two days to most countries.
For quotations, please choose the products you would like to purchase in your shopping cart, press the "Checkout" button, fill out the addressing requirements, then select "Quotation Request" under Payment Method.
Ordering is by credit card or by purchase order. Over ninety percent of our orders order by credit card through our secure credit system. Credit card orders benefit from significantly better turnaround. For first time customers, individuals or private companies, ordering by credit card is required. After the first order, the customer is then provided a net 30 purchase order option for future orders. If you are with an Institution, foreign or domestic, net 30 terms are accepted.
Online Ordering by credit card - For ordering by credit card, please use our online cart. Credit card purchases are shipped within 24 hours for standard products.
Credit Cards given over the phone - We also process credit cards over the phone. Please provide our sales staff the items you wish to purchase and all credit card information. We then require an email providing bill to and ship to addresses (including email). Receipts are emailed.
Purchase Orders - For purchase orders, there are two options. Option 1: please press on Purchase Orders (or email email@example.com) to generate an email to our sales office. Please include: PO Number, ship to address and phone number, bill to address (and email), product numbers and quantities. You may also fax your own PO forms to +1-866-811-NANO (6266). You may reference a prior quotation number. Option 2: Please select the items on website you would like and press "Checkout." Under "Payment Method" select "Purchase Order." In the "Additional Information" section, please include your PO Number. If this is your first order, we require payment by credit card. We invoice by both email and post. Terms are NET 30.
Intl Shipping - Currently we do not have reps outside the US. However, we ship via Fed Ex Priority and orders are normally received in two days.
Intl Credit Cards - These are accepted online in our international credit card system.

If this is your first purchase with Nanopartz and you are with a small company, you may be required to wire transfer prior to your first delivery or use a credit card. After credit is established, terms are NET 30. We invoice by email and by post if necessary. We require an email for billing. We accept payment by check and by wire transfer. Billing is by email and wire transfer information is provided on the invoice. We highly recommend payment by mail - we do not credit for wire transfer fees. If paid by wire transfer, you must email us at email@example.com and let us know the customer name, invoice number, amount wired, and date.

Our Customer Service Department is available to assist you should a problem arise with your order. Please inspect your packages immediately upon receipt and notify us promptly of any damage or discrepancies. Should an item be shipped to you incorrectly, as the result of an error on our part, we will take quick and appropriate action to correct the problem.
Prior to returning any items, please contact the Customer Service Department to obtain an Return Material Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions. A return authorization will ensure the safe and proper handling of material and enable us to expedite a resolution. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted. Shipment of authorized returns should be made within 7 days of the issuance of the RMA.
We will do our best to fulfill requests to return material. However, in order to maintain the quality of our products and continue to provide competitive prices, certain items may not be returned for credit. These items include: diagnostic reagents; refrigerated or frozen products; reagents and standards which have passed their expiration dates; custom products or special offers; or products missing labels. Returns accepted for items ordered in error may be subject to a 20% processing fee and all returns must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
If you have ordered the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We can either replace the product either free of charge or with a significant discount. However, shipping charges cannot be refunded on incorrectly ordered products.
