Nsers

NanopartzTM has developed and optimized NsersTM surface enhance Raman labeled nanorods for the near infrared specifically for use in biological, preclinical, in vivo, as well as in material applications. NsersTM nanorods are coated in a caged polymer coating that shields the gold surface and gives the particles ultra long-circulation times in vivo.  For in vivo use, as opposed to other commercially available nanoparticles with short circulation times, such as quantum dots, NsersTM nanorods have been rigorously tested to yield superior circulation times in a variety of mammalian species.  For material applications, NsersTM are perfect for long stability times in a host of mediums. 

NsersTM nanorods are 1000 times more sensitive than Quantum Dots and other fluorophores (attomolar), do not photobleach, and provide characteristic signatures for concurrent labeling from a single laser source.

Three labels are available, each one is available with methyl polymer caged conjugations.

Composition

 

The labels are shipped in PBS at pH=7.4. 

 

Custom Formulation and Production

 

NsersTM  are best used with laser wavelengths from  780-808 nm.  Refer to application and technical notes.

 

Quantity

 

This product is available in highly concentrated (OD 50) 1 mL sizes.  For a 20g mouse, 0.150 mL per injection is required. 

 

Delivery

 

All orders come with a Certificate of Analysis for quality assurance.  Standard sizes are in stock.  Special order sizes will be shipped in two weeks or less.  All shipments are sent Fed Ex Standard Overnight delivery.  No shipments on Fridays.
