Custom Conjugations

NanopartzTM Custom Conjugations all customers a means to have Nanopartz custom conjugate their custom antibodies or dna to our gold nanoparticles.   If you are interested in conjugating your own gold nanoparticles and only want an instructional kit, please visit Conjugation Kits for more information.  These custom conjugations come in all sizes for spheres and nanorods.

Part numbers 22-PC-50 and 32-PC-50

Provide us 1 mg of your antibody, tell us the size of the gold nanoparticle you would like conjugated and we will ship 50 OD-ml of product.  Please do not ship your antibody until you have supplied us with your Purchase Order or other form of payment. 

Custom Formulation

Our conjugation is based on a mixed short length polymer crosslinked covalent bonded technique. We require ligands with either a primary amine, biotinylated, or thiolated.  

Quantity

Both kits provide enough materials for 50 OD-mls of product.  For larger sizes, please contact sales for quantity pricing.  Customer provides antibody (1 mg), and specifies diameter of spherical gold nanoparticles for 22-PC-50 or size and peak SPR for nanorods for 32-PC-50.

Delivery

This conjugation is  guaranteed.  Conjugations take 1-2 weeks.  All shipments are sent Fed Ex Standard Overnight delivery.  No shipments on Fridays.
