conjugated spherical
gold nanoparticles are manufactured using our proprietary and
patent pending method that results in exact sizes, and highly
monodisperse sizes and shapes, and
adds the added advantage
of proprietary polymer caged coating with carboxyl, methyl, amine, biotin,
or neutravidin functional groups. These
particles are perfect for customer conjugation to most
antibodies and DNA for all in vivo applications. NanopartzTM
conjugated gold nanoparticles are the only
nanoparticles in the industry that come with a
Certificate of Analysis assuring conjugation.
These conjugations have some of the longest shelf lives in
the industry - up to six months.
Composition
Patented gold colloid with a proprietary polymer caged
conjugation with methyl, carboxyl,
amine, biotin or neutravidin active groups resulting in a
patent pending composition. Proprietary
charge control to reduce non-specific binding. Excess active groups are reduced to less than 0.1% the
concentration of the gold nanoparticles.

Shipped sealed in low retention
micro-centrifuge containers.

water at pH=7, except for carboxyl and neutravidin which

stored in DI water plus a dilute buffer and and
surfactant.

Each product comes highly concentrated, 50 times greater
than our regular bare gold nanoparticles. We do
this for a number of reasons detailed in our
FAQz.
Further, our yield is about 50% so it takes over 100 mL
of gold nanoparticles to make 1 mL of concentrated
conjugated particles.
